She has successfully managed many career coaching and transition programmes for major companies in Ireland including Motorola, Oracle and WBT. |
Ian McConnellIan has 28 years senior HR and change management experience following a senior HR career with Motorola in Scotland, England and Ireland, Ian worked for Oracle in Ireland as Director of HR. There he managed numerous change management programmes including re-structuring, function outsourcing and shared services implementation. |
Seamus ByrneSeamus has 18 years senior recruitment, HR and training experience. Seamus worked as Director of Recruitment for Oracle’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Prior to that he worked as Ireland Recruitment Manager where he pioneered many innovative, leading edge recruitment initiatives that led to the Oracle Ireland recruitment function setting a benchmark for Oracle globally. |
